I couldn't agree more. Good fun and good to see a decent amount of people in the server. 
I was already thinking what you mentioned and I'm going try inviting people to play bi-weekly at this point.
I started a new thread that actually has Q3 TDM in the name of the thread in order to help people know where to look to see what's upcoming and post:
