I spent a few hours editing this file it is hosted on our site in the downloads section under You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. . To use the edited WillowEngine.ini file go to My Documents then go to My Games folder , Borderlands 2 folder , willowgames folder , config folder ,BACK UP YOUR ORIGNAL WillowEngine.ini FILE !!!! Replace with the edited WillowEngine.ini file after that is done you must set the file to Read-only because by default the game will over-write it. to do this right click the WillowEngine.ini file and left click properties and left click the Read-only box at the bottom.
